The present invention relates to a desktop lamp for emitting personalized light which can increase a user's learning ability by allowing the user to autonomously select light through which the user can feel the most comfortable or to select a light set according to a measured brainwave of the user so as to emit the selected light such that the user can utilize the desired light, and the desktop lamp which is provided with a lamp shade (10) having three-colored LED modules (12) mounted on the lower side thereof comprises: a storage unit (38) for classifying, according to each user, and storing each piece of light optimization information on light through which each of a plurality of users can feel the most relaxed; and a control unit (36) for controlling a light emitting operation of the three-colored LED modules (12) on the basis of light optimization information of a corresponding user of each of the light optimization information stored in the storage unit (38) according to a user command provided from an input unit (32).
