At the base end of a gas pocket (230), on the tip side of the locking section (33) of the housing (3), a cushioning material (4) that puts pressure on part of the exposed tip section (20) of the insulator (2) towards the center, puts pressure on part of the inside surface of the side electrode (32) in the radial direction, and holds the exposed tip section (20) of the insulator (2) in place is provided. |
