Provided are an optical signal transmission method, device and system, the device corresponding to an optical network node. The optical network node is in serial connection with at least one second node in a first transmission direction, and is in serial connection with at least one third node in a second transmission direction; the optical network node comprises: an electrical terminal for generating electrical signals; a laser for generating continuous light; a microcavity modulator for conducting positive modulation on the continuous light according to the code pattern of the electrical signal to obtain a positive modulated signal, meanwhile conducting negative modulation on the continuous light according to the code pattern of the electrical signal to obtain a negative modulated signal, and also broadcasting the positive modulated signal to the second node in the first transmission direction and broadcasting the negative modulated signal to the third node in the second transmission direction, thus greatly improving energy utilization efficiency and achieving short broadcasting delay.
