Novelty: a set of vinegrette emulsions homogenized with natural fruit juice is disclosed. Constituents: the mix constituted of fruit juice, thickeners, sweeteners and vinegar assists the stability of the emulsion, the increase of the density of the liquid phase and the reduction of the active water for producing a homogenous mixture with stable fruity taste. Purpose: to create vinegrette dressing by addition of grenadine, peach, orange juice or other fruit juices. Embodiment: a new gastronomic proposition serving as a dressing for all fresh vegetables. |
