摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate first and second layers without worsening the function as far as possible.SOLUTION: An all-solid type lithium battery 20 comprises a composite laminate 12 having a solid electrolytic layer 10 forming a first layer, and a positive electrode active material layer 11 which is a second layer formed on one surface of the solid electrolytic layer 10. The first layer includes a garnet type oxide containing at least La and Sr. The garnet type oxide may be an oxide containing Li, La, Sr, Zr and Nb. The second layer includes a complex oxide containing Li and a transition metal, which may be an oxide containing Li, Ni, Co and Mn. The composite laminate 12 may be baked in an ambient atmosphere, and it may be arranged by integrally sintering the first and second layers after lamination thereof.
