PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign different communication addresses to a plurality of communication interfaces.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: acquisition means that obtains from a DHCP server a first communication address assigned to a first communication interface; generation means that generates, if a second communication address already assigned to a second communication interface and the first communication address are identical, an alternative first communication address different from the first communication address; and request means that requests the DHCP server to return the first communication address and to assign the alternative communication address to the first communication interface.
