<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive sheet which is used in assembling devices of e.g. hard disks, is resistant to detachment even when to-be-adhered surfaces have highly bent surfaces and suppresses increase of the generation rate of outgas.SOLUTION: A double-sided adhesive sheet has at least one adhesive layer; the adhesive layer is formed with an adhesive composition containing an adhesiveness imparting resin; and the generation rate of outgas is 1.0μg/cmor lower, based on the n-decane conversion rate. The adhesive layer composition contains a cross-linking agent and a cross-linkable polymer, and the cross-linking agent contains an isocyanate-based cross-linking agent.</p> |
