In the present invention, an ocular potential information processing device is provided with: an ocular potential acquisition unit that acquires the ocular potential of a user detected by an ocular potential detection unit worn by the user; an acceleration acquisition unit that acquires a first acceleration that is the acceleration in the direction in front of the face of the user; a timing specification unit that specifies a first timing that is a timing for which the magnitude of the first acceleration is greater than a predetermined first reference value; and a line-of-sight specification unit that determines that the line-of-sight direction of the user at the first timing is facing a predetermined direction, and on the basis of the line-of-sight direction at the first timing and the ocular potential at a second timing acquired by the ocular potential acquisition unit, specifies the direction of the user's line-of-sight for the second timing.
