Provided is a tire printer which is capable of executing printing, with higher precision when compared with a conventional tire printer, on a tire to which no wheel is attached. The tire printer (10) executes printing on a side of a tire and includes: a tire mount (30) on which placed is a tire (93) with a pair of sides (93a) of the tire (93) oriented vertically in the vertical direction denoted by an arrow (10a); a DD motor (29) for rotating the tire mount (30) in the circumferential direction of the tire (93); and an ink jet head (53) for executing printing on the upper side (93a) of the pair of sides (93a) of the tire (93) placed on the tire mount (30). The tire printer is adapted such that the tire mount (30) supports the lower side (93a) of the pair of sides (93a) from below in the vertical direction.
