PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin structure whose opening and closing are not affected by possible presence of a structure, e.g., a sliding door, along a vertical sash even when the vertical sash is deformed by a load acting from above.SOLUTION: A frame of a thin wall structure is constructed with a vertical sash 1 and upper frame 2 disposed in a transverse direction relative to the vertical sash 1. Two notched parts 2a, 2a are downwardly formed at a lower edge of a vertical wall 2b of the upper frame 2. Two notched parts 2a,2a can prevent load from above from acting on two right and left plates 1b, 1b of the vertical sash 1. Even in a case where load is applied to the vertical sash 1, two notched parts 2a, 2a engage with two upward notched parts 1c, 1c formed on tow plates 1b, 1b, so that the vertical sash 1 is bent into a projecting curve shape on the front side relative to the engagement position of the vertical sash 1. Therefore, there is no effective deformation at the other side (backside) of the vertical sash 1. Thus, even if there is a structure, e,g, a sliding door, is present along with the vertical sash 1 at the other side (backside) of the vertical sash 1, it has no effect on opening and closing of it. In addition, the engagement prevents lateral moving of the vertical sash 1. |
