PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system capable of measuring electric energy for calculating a compensation according to transferred electric energy in the case of transferring power from a storage battery to a commercial power system.SOLUTION: A power storage system 54 is installed so as to enable an inverse load flow of stored power into a commercial power system. A user facility watt-hour meter 53 is installed at a power measurement point on a second connection line, which branches from a first connection line from the power storage system 54 to a system power line 3 and is connected to a user facility, and measures electric energy of power supplied in a direction from a power generation facility 62 to the first connection line side through the second connection line. A power bill calculation unit 72 takes the electric energy as electric energy of power to be sold by a power user. |
