PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability for evaluation performed on the basis of information obtained from a vehicle.SOLUTION: An evaluation system acquires vehicle information recorded in accordance with a traveling state of a vehicle before stopping and identification information for identifying the vehicle from a communication device which wirelessly communicates with a vehicle being stopped for receiving energy supply for traveling, converts the acquired vehicle information into comparison information, compares the comparison information with evaluation reference information which is updated on the basis of vehicle information acquired from at least other vehicle, generates evaluation information which indicates quality of the vehicle or a vehicle operation technique of a user on the basis of the comparison result, and notifies a communication terminal associated with the identification information of the evaluation information. |
