<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital conversion apparatus which reduces variation in a held voltage and improves conversion accuracy of conversion from an analog signal to a digital signal.SOLUTION: An analog/digital conversion apparatus 1 includes: an analog/digital conversion unit 10 including a plurality of capacitors corresponding to respective bits of a digital signal Sto charge a capacitor 11 by an inputted reference voltage Vand output a comparison voltage Vcorresponding to each bit; a hold capacitor 21 for holing voltage based on an analog signal S; a comparison unit 20 including a switch 222 for controlling the voltage held by the hold capacitor 21 by on/off operation to compare the comparison voltage Voutputted from the analog/digital conversion unit 10 with voltage based on the analog signal Sand output a comparison result S; and a filter circuit 13 connected to the capacitor 11 to reduce a high frequency component of the reference voltage Vinputted to the capacitor 11.</p> |
