<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device that is easy to transmit, in lump, information about which each piece of information has a small amount of data and which has a large number of pieces of information.SOLUTION: A radio communication device sections a prescribed region into a plurality of cells, allocates one bit to each cell, represents the state of each cell by data of one bit, and thereby creates map data configured to be able to represent the state of the whole of the prescribed region by the number of bits, the number being the same number as the plurality of cells. The radio communication device creates map data in which whether or not there is a traffic element at a relative position corresponding to each cell is recorded by on or off of a bit corresponding to each cell (S120-S150) on the basis of relative position information provided by an information acquisition unit that acquires the relative position information indicating a relative position of a traffic element relative to a vehicle including the radio communication device regarding traffic elements situated around the vehicle (S110, S115).</p> |
