PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop antenna pattern capable of forming various loop shapes depending on the connection position of a chip, without using other circuit part.SOLUTION: A loop antenna pattern is constituted to have a basic loop pattern 11 in which a first gap 11a for chip connection is formed, a first path pattern 12 in which a second gap 12a for chip connection, dividing the region in the basic loop pattern 11 into two, is formed, and a second path pattern 13 formed between the first path pattern 12 and basic loop pattern 11 so as to divide a region including the first gap 11a and a region including the second gap 12a, and in which a third gap 13a for chip connection is formed.
