<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a springing-up water turbine capable of continuously keeping a stable operation by a simple structure and capable of improving its efficiency.SOLUTION: A central rotary shaft 3 connected to a power generator 2 is rotatably installed within a water passage 1 so as to extend in a vertical direction, a plurality of lateral shafts 4 are installed to extend radially from the central rotary shaft 3 in their radial direction, water turbine blades 5 are hung down from the lateral shafts 4 and installed to receive water flow within the water passage 1, and then the water turbine blades 5 are sprung up by the water flow around the lateral shafts 4 from their hanging-down positions only in such a rotation as that reversing against a rotating direction of the central rotary shaft 3.</p> |
