<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer device which removes a noncondensable gas during the operation of the heat transfer device to inhibit deterioration of heat radiation performance and thereby stably cools a used nuclear fuel over a long period.SOLUTION: A heat transfer device includes: a heat receiver 11; a radiator 12; a gas phase refrigerant transfer pipeline 13 for transferring a gas phase refrigerant 5a which is turned into a gas phase in the receiver to an upper part of the radiator; and a liquid phase refrigerant transfer pipeline 14 for transferring a liquid phase refrigerant 5b which is cooled and turned into a liquid phase in the radiator from a lower part of the radiator to the heat receiver. The lower part of the radiator is connected to a lower part of a noncondensable gas storage container 15 through a first pipeline 7.</p> |
