<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that can easily manufacture a shaped film hardly generating curl and having a surface shape accurately transferred from a molding structure of a mold.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for continuously manufacturing a shaped film having a surface shape transferred from a molding structure by a molding device provided with an endless belt having the molding structure on an outer peripheral surface thereof and a pressing tool having a pressing surface facing the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt comprises the steps of, in this order: conveying a resin film between the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt and the pressing surface of the pressing tool; transferring the molding structure on the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt to the resin film by pinching the resin film between the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt and the pressing surface of the pressing tool in a state where the resin film is heated to its glass transition temperature or higher; cooling the resin film to less than the glass transition temperature in a state where the resin film is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt and is made flat; and peeling off the resin film from the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt to obtain a shaped film.</p> |
