The present invention relates to an anchor block for fixing a winch for pulling a subbed pipeline and a method for installing the same and, more specifically, to an anchor block for fixing a winch for pulling a subbed pipeline which enables winch fixing and dismantling works to be easily performed and pulls a reusable subbed pipeline having high supporting force, and to a method for installing the same. To this end, the anchor block for fixing a winch for pulling a subbed pipeline comprises: a horizontal part which is horizontally disposed on the excavated ground; a vertical part which is installed vertical to the horizontal part and buried in a space excavated by earthy materials; and multiple pad eyes are installed on one side of the vertical part, wherein each pad eye has a chain punch for a chain of a pulling winch to be installed. |
