The present invention provides a remote management server, a remote unified management system including the same and a remote management method thereof which can reduce electricity consumed in a control site efficiently by controlling at least one of an operation rate, a setting temperature as to a plurality of indoor units and a compressor included in an air conditioner according to a control setting value. For this, the remote management server according to an embodiment of the present invention manages at least one management spot remotely where an air conditioner comprising a plurality of indoor units performing air conditioning and one or more outdoor units driving the indoor units by being connected to the indoor units is installed. The remote management server may include: a display part which displays a management screen to manage the management spot; and a control part which controls at least one of the operation rate, the setting temperature as to the indoor units and a compression capacity of a compressor included in the air conditioner according to a control setting value, and controls the display part to display control information on a first area on the management screen. The control information is related with at least one of the control result and the control state that at least one of the control setting value, the operation rate, the setting temperature and the compression capacity is controlled. |
