PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for effectively removing air bubbles from a non-Newtonian paste-like high viscosity liquid.SOLUTION: A coating applicator comprises: a storage part 100 for storing a non-Newtonian paste-like liquid AL; circulation pipes 11, 13, and 15 for circulating the liquid fed from the storage part 100 to an inner side; and a coating nozzle connected to the pipes to discharge the liquid and coat it onto a coating object. In the coating applicator, at one section of an inner wall of the circulation pipes, an air bubble trap 131 is disposed that is formed by a material having lower wettability with respect to the liquid than an inner wall material in the periphery and that traps air bubbles contained in the liquid. |
