PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a light guide body uniformly emit light, in a vehicle lighting appliance having the light guide body.SOLUTION: In a light guide body 30 for light-guiding emission light from a light source 20, and forwardly emitting the light, a sub-light guide part 32 extending to a vehicle width direction and a plate-shaped main light guide part 34 extending along a horizontal plane are arranged while vertically adjoining each other. Then, the emission light from the light source 20 is made incident from a right end face 32c of the sub-light guide part 32, and emitted toward the main light guide part 34 while light-guiding the light to the vehicle width direction. By this constitution, the light incident to the main light guide part 34 becomes uniform in a certain degree. Then, the light from the sub-light guide part 32 which is made incident to the main light guide part 34 is internally reflected at a rear end face 34b, and emitted toward a front part from a front end face 34a. The light emitted from the front end face 34a thereby becomes further uniform. |
