PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method capable of recording an image having excellent boiling resistance and to provide an inkjet recording device for performing the method and a recorded matter obtained by the method.SOLUTION: There is provided an inkjet recording method of recording an image on an ink low-absorptive or non-absorptive recording medium which is heated or boiled in a hot water at 80°C or more, which comprises: an image recording step of discharging an ink composition containing a color material, water and an organic solvent on the recording surface of the recording medium to record an image; a protective layer formation step of discharging a clear ink composition which substantially contains no color material and contains resin particles, water and an organic solvent after the image recording step to form a protective layer on the image; and a heating and drying step of evaporating a liquid medium having a normal boiling point of 300°C or less which is adhered to the recording surface after the protective layer formation step, where the heating and drying step is put in a state where 90 mass% or more of the total mass of the liquid medium is evaporated. |
