VOICE DELAY TIME MEASURING DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a reciprocative delay time of a voice in a voice call service without depending on the presence/absence of an echo canceler function or setting.SOLUTION: A voice delay time measuring device includes: voice signal reproducing means by which a test voice signal for voice delay time measurement is reproduced and outputted to a terminal A; reproduced voice signal recording means for recording the reproduced test voice signal; and receive voice signal recording means which starts recording simultaneously with the reproduced voice signal recording means and records a test voice signal which is outputted from a terminal B when the test voice signal is inputted to the terminal A. A measurement time (T1) is calculated by subtracting a time (ta1) from a recording starting position of the voice signal recorded by the reproduced voice signal recording means to a starting or ending position of a voice present phase in the test voice signal from a measurement time (ta2) from a recording starting position of the test voice signal recorded by the receive voice signal recording means to the starting or ending position of the voice present phase in the test voice signal. A voice delay time (T1-T2) is calculated by subtracting the measurement time (T2) calculated by a voice reciprocative delay time measuring device B from the measurement time (T1).
