<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a target area of challenge data.SOLUTION: An idea creating computer system comprises: challenge information collection means; a challenge type database for storing challenge data from customers and the like, and/or challenge data introduced by observing and analyzing a behavior of a person who consumes and uses a target product, service, and the like; a technique type database for storing technique information; and data display means. The challenge information collection means converts the challenge information into data which can be handled by a computer, performs data mining processing for extracting the challenge data and stores the challenge data in the challenge type database, creates a search keyword for finding a solution technique from the challenge data stored in the challenge type database, researches the corresponding solution technique from the technique information stored in the technique type database, using the search keyword, and based on the result of research, displays names and the number of pieces of corresponding technique information by the data display means.</p> |
