<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noises possibly generated by holding the touch panel.SOLUTION: The touch panel includes: an upper substrate 11 that has an upper conductive layer 10 formed over the lower face thereof; a lower substrate 13 that has a lower conductive layer 12 formed over the upper face thereof opposing to the upper conductive layer 10 being interposed by a predetermined gap; a wiring substrate 14 that is electrically connected to the upper conductive layer 10 and the lower conductive layer 12 and is pulled out from between the upper substrate 11 and the lower substrate 13; a reinforcement part 16 of an adhesive agent, which is formed over the upper face of the lead-out part 15 protruding from between the upper substrate 11 and the lower substrate 13 on the wiring substrate 14; and a display sheet 18 that is formed over the upper face of the upper substrate 11 being interposed by an adhesive layer 17 with an end part of which protruding outward larger than the lead-out part 15 of the wiring substrate 14. A flexible sound elimination sheet 19 is disposed between the lower face of the display sheet 18 and the reinforcement part 16.</p> |
