<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer coating film forming method and a multilayer coating film which reduce processes by making the number of times of baking process one time, can secure concealability of substrate even upon a thin white primer, suppress irregular reflection of light by improving the planarity of an interface with a base paint layer, can adjust white taste and facilitate color matching.SOLUTION: A white primer 2 containing pigment dispersion resin is applied on a resin molding 1 made of PP such that a coated solid content of 60% or less can be obtained, an interference color base paint 3 is applied on the uncured white primer 2, clear paint 4 is applied on the uncured interference color base paint 3 and, thereafter, the interference color base paint and the clear paint are baked at one time. Thereby, the pigment dispersion resin contained in the white primer 2 surrounds white pigment molecules to hardly produce irregularity due to pigment on the surface, moreover, the surface of the white primer 2 is made even by virtue of volume contraction actuation when attached solvent is vaporized to suppress the irregularity and the planarity of the interface between the white primer 2 and the interference color base paint 3 is improved to suppress irregular reflection of light.</p> |
