<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably fix a cleaning sheet material to a cleaning part.SOLUTION: A locking part 36a of a locking arm 28a locks a cleaning sheet material S against biasing force of a spring member while overriding a locking piece 39 across the cleaning sheet material S when turning the rising-up locking arm 28a in a horizontal direction after winding the cleaning sheet material S around a cleaning part 23. The locked condition is maintained because the locking arm 28a is biased by the spring member and is locked by the locking piece 39. Even when a shaft part 34a of the locking arm 28a is moved outside in a range permitted by a long hole 33a in association with the turning, the movement of another locking arm 28b is not interfered because the movement of the other locking arm 28b is regulated by the long hole 33b. Also the locking arm 28b overrides the locking piece 39 to lock the cleaning sheet material S as the locking arm 28a does, and thereby the locking condition is maintained.</p> |
