<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a program for controlling an alarm for actions of a person to be monitored capable of executing control so as to output an alarm according to a state of the person to be monitored, and improving the efficiency of work of a staff member while securing safety of facility users.SOLUTION: A wakening state detection part 101 detects a change from a sleeping state to a wakening state of a person 105 to be monitored on the basis of the output of a sensor 103 installed in a living room that the person 105 to be monitored is in. An alarm control part 102 controls the output of an alarm to a management terminal 104 depending on whether or not a predetermined action of the person 105 to be monitored, such as a rising action and a bed leaving action, is detected by the sensor 103 within a predetermined time from the detection of a change from the sleeping state to the wakening state. After the elapse of the predetermined time, the alarm control part 102 does not perform the detection of the predetermined action or the output of an alarm to the management terminal 104 based on the detection.</p> |
