PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for accurately acquiring calorie consumption of an instantaneous movement such as a golf swing.SOLUTION: A moving speed calculation part 22A calculates a speed of a movable body on the basis of a Doppler signal Sd acquired from a Doppler sensor 20. An estimation part 22B estimates unit calorie consumptionΔC that a user consumes by his or her swing (moving operation) from a measured moving speed. The estimation of the unit calorie consumptionΔC by the estimation part 22B is performed by using a regression equation that indicates a correlation between the moving speed and the calorie consumption. An accumulation calculation part 22C calculates cumulative calorie consumption SC which is a cumulative value accumulating the unit calorie consumptionΔC estimated by the estimation part 22B each time a moving operation (swing) of a moving part is performed by the user. A control part 22D causes a display part 14 to display the unit calorie consumptionΔC supplied from the estimation part 22B, and the cumulative calorie consumption SC supplied from the accumulation calculation part 22C.
