designation circuitry that designates an image corresponding to a predetermined time phase from among a plurality of images in time series collected by extending over a plurality of time phases; and storage control circuitry that causes a memory to store, among the plurality of images, a plurality of images in the time series corresponding to a first period including a time phase of the designated image and first information explicitly showing the time phase of the designated image in the first period.
