INTERACTION OF AUDIO, VIDEO, EFFECTS AND ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING WITH BOWLING SCORING SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USE

A system and method for providing an interactive bowling experience. The system includes a management system configured to store a listing of one or more trigger events as well as any special effects associated with each trigger event, monitor at least a portion of activity within the bowling center for detection of an occurrence of a trigger event and determine whether a trigger event has occurred. If a trigger event is determine to have occurred, the management system is further configured to determine one or more special effects associated with the trigger event and provide instructions to one or more special effect components to perform the one or more special effects associated with the trigger event. The system and method can be integrated with normal operations of a bowling center to provide an interactive experience, as well as to provide added security and additional related functionality.

at least one building control system selected from the group of a security camera system, a security system, a life safety system, and HVAC system; and a management system comprising:
a processing device, anda non-transitory computer readable medium in communication with the processing device and the at least one building control system, the non-transitory computer readable medium comprising one or more programming instructions for causing the processing device to perform one or more functions, thereby causing the management system to:
store a listing of one or more trigger events as well as any special effects associated with each trigger event,monitor at least a portion of activity within the bowling center for detection of an occurrence of one of the one or more trigger events,determine whether a trigger event has occurred, andif a trigger event is determine to have occurred:
determine one or more special effects associated with the trigger event,provide special effects instructions to one or more special effect components to perform the one or more special effects associated with the trigger event; andprovide a user interface for the at least one building control system through the management system.
