selecting a tendon or ligament of a hand, wrist, or finger in need of treatment; selecting an arterial tissue matrix from which substantially all the native cells have been removed; and contacting the arterial tissue matrix with at least portion of the tendon or ligament in need of treatment by wrapping the arterial tissue matrix around the tendon or ligament with a basement membrane of the arterial tissue matrix facing away from the tendon or ligament. |
