摘要 The invention relates to a tyre (1) for an airplane, which includes a tread (3), a working reinforcement (2) including at least one working bilayer (21) which has the largest axial width (LT) and includes two axial ends (E), a carcass reinforcement (4) including at least one carcass layer (41), and a binding reinforcement (7) including at least one binding layer (71), which is radially inside the working bilayer (21) and has an axial width (LF) which is at least 0.8 times the axial width (LT). The distance D between an axial end (E) of the working bilayer (21) and the orthogonal projection (I) thereof onto the radially outermost carcass layer (41) is at least 7 mm and the distance D' between the point (F) of the working bilayer (21), located axially inside the axial end (E) at a distance L of 25 mm, and the orthogonal projection (J) thereof onto the carcass layer (41) at least 4 mm and no greater than the distance D.
