This cushion structure for a vehicular hood comprises an aluminum-made hood inner panel (20), a hood cushion, and a cushion bracket. An outer peripheral rib (30) is provided in a panel corner part (24) on the lower surface of the hood inner panel (20). An abutting part (21) is provided to the outer peripheral rib (30) in the panel corner part (24). The abutting part (21) has a recessed shape, and the upper part of the hood cushion abuts against the bottom surface of the abutting part.
