The present invention relates to an opening and closing label for a water tissue package pack and a package pack having same, and more specifically the present invention relates to a technique; for making the opening and closing label in a film form; and for improving user convenience by preventing a bending of the opening and closing label in the opposite direction to its own structure even when the opening and closing label is not held by a user's hand in a state that the opening and closing label is bent in an upward direction for opening an inlet. And the present invention relates to a technique for realizing a stable support as well as for an easy bending in which: the bent state of the opening and closing label is supported stably; and the up and down bending process is not hindered by the supporting structure. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a technique for always making the stable support of the opening and closing label possible regardless of the amount of water tissue consumption, as the support structure is in contact with and is supported by the surface of the package pack stably even when the surface tension of the package pack is reduced due to a reduction in water tissue capacity. |
