<p>In the present invention, a refraction-unit storage part is provided between the output end of an optical fiber and a focusing lens; a glass holder provided with an angled piece of glass is rotatably provided at the tip of a revolving arm provided inside the refraction-unit storage part so as to be able to revolve; the glass holder (21) is provided so as to be able to move in and out of the path of laser light; a following rotating body provided on the glass holder (21) and a ring-shaped driving rotating body (57) rotatably provided in correspondence with the path of the aforementioned laser light are provided with protrusions that protrude radially outwards and contact members that contact said protrusions and rotate together therewith; the protrusions are provided at equal intervals on the outer surface of the driving rotating body; and the aforementioned contact members are provided on the following rotating body so as to be able to fit between the aforementioned protrusions and engage therewith.</p> |
