<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide resin plate-like body which has outstanding slidability and outstanding mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: The polyamide resin plate-like body (1) includes a polyamide resin layer (11) and a fiber cloth-reinforced layer (12) containing a fiber cloth impregnated with a polyamide resin. At least one surface of the body is the polyamide resin layer (11) containing 5 to 40 pts.mass of wax with respect to 100 pts.mass of the polyamide resin.
