<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely suppress a motoring phenomenon by taking measures on a load setter side. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic power generation control system that controls the opening of a guide vane of a hydraulic turbine on the basis of outputs of both a speed setter and a load setter of a speed governor control device is characterized in: taking a feedback signal of the opening of the guide vane in an input stage of the load setter (65 P)1, and suppressing the motoring phenomenon of the hydraulic turbine during parallel connection input of the hydraulic power generator to a power system by regarding the output of the load setter during the parallel connection input of the hydraulic power generator as the opening of the guide vane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
