A pharmaceutical composition for treatment and/or prevention of gallbladder cancer contains as an active ingredient an antibody or a fragment thereof having immunological reactivity with a CAPRIN-1 protein or a fragment thereof comprising at least seven consecutive amino acid residues of the amino acid sequence of the protein.
