The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a cellulose film derived from Styela clava Tunic for treating a wound and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a cellulose film derived from Styela clava Tunic for treating a wound, which comprises the steps of: manufacturing Styela clava Tunic powder; manufacturing a cellulose solution by mixing the Styela clava Tunic powder with ionic liquid composed of cations and anions; and drying after casting the cellulose solution on a substrate. The cellulose film derived from Styela clava Tunic powder of the present invention with excellent absorbing properties and excellent biocompatibility can be effectively used for treating a wound.
