The present invention relates to an outside insulation metal layer composite insulation panel. In manufacturing a metal layer including a vacuum insulating material with excellent insulation performance and energy saving, a composite insulation panel is manufactured by surrounding an edge and a bent metal plate to form a combination part on outer four sides and a double insulating part with insulation performance. Lightening and standardization and constructability can be improved by an outside insulation dry method. |
