<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel box which employs a forming material, can be assembled easily, has excellent durability and allows repetitive use. <P>SOLUTION: A pallet 2 has panel locks 11Aa and 12a opened downward at respective side edges. An end plate panel 3 has an upper locked part 21Aa at an upper edge and a lower locked part 21Ca slidably engaging with the panel lock 11Aa at a lower edge respectively. A side panel 4 has a lower locked part 31Ba slidably engaging with the panel lock 12a at a lower edge. A top panel 5 has upper panel locks 41Aa and 41Ba slidably engaging with the upper locked part 21Aa of the end plate panel 3 on both side edges.
