The present invention relates to a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal comprises: a body unit constituting the external appearance of the terminal; and a touch display unit which is formed on the body unit, receives touch input, and outputs screen information. The touch display unit includes: a display panel for emitting light configuring the screen information; a window which is formed on the display panel, and constitutes the external appearance; a deformation area which is arranged between the window and the display panel, and of which the thickness is changed by touch input of a user, applied to the window; and a touch detecting unit for sensing a touch pressure of the touch input, based on a touch coordinate on the touch display unit of the touch input and the deformation of the deformation area. |
