<p>The invention relates to an emergency brake unit (1) of a rail vehicle, comprising at least one emergency brake loop (2), with which at least one control device (4, 6) of at least one electro-pneumatic friction brake and/or at least one regenerative brake can be controlled for emergency braking by means of the electro-pneumatic friction brake and/or the regenerative brake.
