The present invention relates to a cleaning solution composition. The cleaning solution composition of the present invention compresses and mixes 20-25 wt% of carbon dioxide with respect to 75-80 wt% of refined water refined by distilling general top water or through an ion exchange resin. According to the present invention, provided is a cleaning solution composition, which is convenient to carry by being sealed in a container in a compressed sprayer form and harmless to a human body, and is capable of cleaning pollutants by easily spraying through a compressed sprayer, and repelling insects and deodorizing.
