Disclosed are a system for providing an order UI on a chart screen and a providing method thereof. The system for providing the order UI on the chart screen according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display module displaying the chart screen for predetermined stock items on a user terminal; a sensing module sensing a touch or a touch release of a predetermined touch object from the touch screen installed in the user terminal; and an order sort determination module determining the order sort of the stock items based on the position of the touch, wherein the order sort determination module determines the order sort to be a sell order in the case that the touch is positioned in a first area discriminated by a stock price chart displayed on the chart screen, and determines the order sort to be a buy order in the case that the touch is positioned in a second area discriminated by the stock price chart.
