<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calculating a heating plan of line heating, in which the deformation is estimated accurately in practical time and a condition that a target shape can be formed is calculated based on the estimation, even when it is a thick plate or heating lines close up. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a correction database creation process for measuring variation C of an interference part 4 in which the heating lines 3 close up to create correction database B; a variation calculation process for calculating the variation C of the heating line 3 to be corrected, on the basis of the correction database B; a correction deformation-volume calculation process for adding the variation C to the heating plan A to calculate a correction deformation volume t; and a heating plan re-calculation process for re-calculating the heating plan A on the basis of the correction deformation volume t to calculate a correction heating plan A2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
