<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device in a housing which allows a broken cooling fan unit to be replaced while maintaining the same cooling state as the normal operation. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling device in a housing of this invention cools a slave substrate 102 in the housing 100 and includes: multiple cooling fan units 107a to 107f; a unit holder 106 holding the cooling fan units 107a to 107f at predetermined positions at the inner side of an opening of the housing 100; and a front-end chamber 113 which is provided between the unit holder 106 and the slave substrate 102, buffers cooling airflow from the cooling fan units 107a to 107f, and introduces the cooling airflow to the slave substrate 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
