<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle delay management system capable of reducing a load on a manager who manages users affected by delay when a transportation facility is delayed. <P>SOLUTION: Route information of a periodically operated vehicle is stored for every user in advance, the delay information of the vehicle is received from a transmitter terminal possessed by a transmitter as a user, and the route affected by the delay is specified on the basis of the delay information. The route affected by the delay is compared with the route information stored in advance to extract route users who use the route affected by the delay. An inquiry for obtaining permission for tracing the delay information and positional information of the route users is transmitted to the terminal of the extracted route user. The positional information of the terminal is received from the terminal receiving the permission for the inquiry, the delay-expected users affected by the delay are extracted among the users using the route on the basis of the positional information, to output a list of the delay-expected users. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
